Agricultural Economics and Farm Management
Adeola Olarewaju holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Farm Management at the University of Ilorin. She previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on the ALL-IN Project at the University of Ilorin and as a Visiting Research Fellow at the African Studies Center, Leiden, Netherlands.
She has contributed as a team member to several major research initiatives, including Drought Tolerant Maize for Africa, Stress Tolerant Maize for Africa, and the West Africa Productivity Programme in Nigeria. Her research outputs appear in peer-reviewed journals and internationally recognized conferences. She is a multidisciplinary researcher. She is also a member of the International Association of Agricultural Economists and her work focuses on environmental sustainability, smallholder farmers’ livelihoods, Impact evaluation and gender issues in agriculture.
